My name is Iman, and I have recently finished my A-Level exams. I am predicted A*AA in Economics, Geography and Sociology. I am passionate to help younger students in Geography and Mathematics - subjects which I have excelled at.
Geography - At GCSE level I achieved an 8 (A*) in Geography, and am currently predicted an A in Geography A-Level. Mathematics - I am excited to help young students pass the 11+ Mathematics exam. I have previously passed the 11+ and attended a grammar school (Nonsuch High School for Girls), therefore I am familiar with the 11+ examination. I am also keen to tutor primary and Ks3 mathematics. I also achieved an 8 (A*) in Mathematics at GCSE level. English - I am excited to help young students pass the 11+ English exam. I have previously passed the 11+ and attended a grammar school (Nonsuch High School for Girls), therefore I am familiar with the 11+ examination. I am also excited to tutor English at KS1, KS2 and KS3 level, and teach GCSE English Literature and Language. I achieved a 9 (A*) in English Literature GCSE and an 8 (A*) in English Language GCSE. Sociology - I am predicted an A in A-Level Sociology, and have taken great interest in the subject. Religious Studies - I achieved an 8 (A*) in GCSE Relgious Studies, and am fascinated by the subject.
As a Bsc Geography student at the University of Bristol, I am familiar with the current exam boards and exam structures.
I plan to come prepared to each lesson with lesson slides. Each lesson I will engage with students and make lessons interactive to ensure that students understand the material. I will focus on where students make mistakes to improve their performance overtime. I will set weekly homework tasks to ensure students are practicing throughout the week.
